Brassloom accepts returns postmarked no later than 15 days after the delivery date.   Please notify us immediately through email at info@brassloom.com if you would like to return an item.  Include the order number and indicate the item(s) to be returned.  

Returned items must be received in brand new condition with all tags still attached and original packaging used.  The shawls must not be washed, worn or in any way compromised.  We reserve the right to deny returns at our discretion.  Please include a copy of the original shipping receipt along with a note indicating the reason for the return. 

Once the items are received, we will issue the refund of the sales amount minus any shipping charges.  All refunds will be applied directly to the original method of payment.
